We are making these updates to help ensure our Terms and Conditions are clear and easy to read, as well as to support new features, and to respond to current or planned legislation and regulations. The revised Terms and Conditions will go into effect for existing users on March 1, 2023. Continued use of the respective Sedo services on or after March 1, 2023 shall indicate that you accept the revised Terms and Conditions that apply to you if you do not object to them within two (2) weeks of this notification. If you object to the updated Terms and Conditions, Sedo is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship. If you do not agree with the changes to the Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your business relationship with Sedo GmbH by email and have your user account with us deleted.

We ask that you take a moment to read the revised Terms and Conditions to ensure that you understand the terms and rules contained within. If you have any questions, please contact Customer Care.
