We are sending this email to notify you that we have updated our User Agreement and the revised terms will go into effect April 1, 2015. You can preview the updated agreements here:


Here is a quick summary of what is changing, amongst others:

Sedo User Agreement
The Sedo User Agreement has been separated into three parts: the Sedo User Agreement covering the relationship between Sedo and our Users; the Domain Marketplace Agreement containing terms of use for Buyers and Sellers trading domains on the Sedo platform; and the Domain Transfer Agreement with terms related to Sedo’s transfer assistance service.

Domain Marketplace Purchase and Sale Agreement
The standard Purchase and Sale Agreement for sales closed on the Sedo Domain Marketplace has been updated to reflect the document’s possible use for sales closed with the assistance of Sedo’s Brokerage services.

The revised User Agreement applies to all Sedo Users and, where applicable, the Domain Marketplace Agreement and Domain Transfer Agreement apply to those who have domains listed for sale in any Sedo User Account. Each Sedo User is responsible for maintaining a domain list in their Sedo User Account that accurately reflects domains that User still owns and wishes to sell.

If you do not agree with the changes of the Terms and Conditions, you may terminate your business relationship with Sedo GmbH per e-mail and delete your Sedo account(s).

In accordance with the current Terms and Conditions the changes will become an effective component of the contract if you do not object within four weeks. In the event you do not accept the updated Terms and Conditions, Sedo is entitled to terminate the contract.
